We gathered quotes for individuals in El Paso County, Texas, and obtained national data from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), which rates healthcare plans based on quality and patient satisfaction. Additional data was collected from state and federal insurance marketplace websites, company websites, media contacts, and existing partnerships. This data collection occurred between September 29 and October 23, 2023.
